Fun, non-competitive community class, learning through dance and movement.

From Science behind your Sleep Routines to Good Tech habits, Learning about Friends or Foes, School & Academic Pressures, Fears, worries, hopes and dreams. We learn about tools tips and strategies to become our best self.

Classroom to Boardroom

Age 5-17yrs

Learn to speak up and be heard. Build confidence and develop your own voice.

Starting in the classroom, learn to speak up and speak out, to take your unique voice forward beyond the classroom and into the professional workplace, to create empathetic future female leaders. A levelled learning programme, with measured progression.

Level 1 Speak Up

Social Communication Skills, Active Listening, Build Confidence to speak your mind – no judgement, only support, encouragement and RESPECT!

Level 2 Speak UP & Speak Out

Learn to respect diverse views, agree to disagree, challenge and contest all whilst having fun when we find the balance of respect.

Level 3 Stand Up, Speak UP, Speak Out

What do you love? What do you hate? Through fun workshops find what interests you, choose your Officer Titles and become a change maker.

Level 4 Step UP, Stand UP, Speak Out

Purposeful Public Speaking in the Boardroom. Learn to negotiate your worth – by invitation only.

Level 5 & 6 – EA Event Speakers by invitation only
